What makes M’OUD different?
Every M’OUD is a Swiss-made extrait de parfum at 30–35% concentration — far richer than an eau de parfum — built around genuine oud. Conceived in Zürich, composed with a Swiss perfumer, and released as a numbered edition.
How long does it last on the skin?
Expect 12 hours or more. As an extrait, it stays close to the skin and unfolds slowly. Two sprays on warm pulse points are enough for the whole day.
Is it real oud?
Yes. We use genuine oud from responsibly managed sources. For every bottle sold we plant a tree through our One Bottle, One Tree programme — returning to the origin from which oud is born.
Where do you ship from and to?
We dispatch from Zürich and Dubai and ship worldwide. Switzerland 1–2 business days, Europe and the Gulf 2–4, rest of world 3–7. Every order is tracked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Buy-now-pay-later via Klarna (Europe & Switzerland) and Tabby (UAE). TWINT for Switzerland and USDC are also supported.
Do you offer returns?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty. Reach out and we will make it right.
How should I apply it?
Spray onto warm pulse points — inner wrists, base of the neck, behind the ears. Do not rub. See our Fragrance Guide for layering tips.
Are the bottles authentic and numbered?
Each bottle carries a unique serial number linking it to its exact batch and concentration — verifiable luxury, documented rather than promised.
