  • Account information: if you create a customer account — login email and preferences
  • Communications: emails and messages you send us
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, anonymised usage data for website optimisation
  • Cookies and tracking: only with your consent, via the cookie banner

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Order processing, shipping, and customer service

  • Improvement of our offering based on anonymised data

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose your data only to the extent necessary for order fulfillment:

  • Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce provider (hosting, order management)
  • Payment service providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe via Shopify Payments, optional crypto providers) — payment processing
  • Shipping service providers (Swiss Post, Aramex / DHL UAE) — delivery
  • Email service provider (Resend) — order confirmations, marketing

Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU. Data transfers are based exclusively on recognised safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions). Shopify servers are located in the United States and Canada.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Order data: 10 years (Swiss / EU statutory retention obligation)
  • Marketing emails: until withdrawal of consent
  • Account data: until you delete your account
