Every shipment is insured and has a tracking number. You receive it by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs and duties
Outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply depending on the country. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price or the shipping costs.
Returns
Within 14 days of receipt, in all markets. The product must be unopened, the seal intact, in its complete original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Write to info@moud.swiss with your order number. The return instructions follow within 2 working days; please do not send anything back before then. Address: M’OUD Switzerland GmbH, Bramenring 19, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Not returnable: opened or used perfumes, personalised items, gift cards and Discovery credits. That is what the Discovery Set is for: three extraits of 2 ml each. The amount is credited towards your first bottle.
Return shipping is at your cost. In case of a defect or a wrong delivery, we cover it.
Damaged or wrong
Please check the parcel on receipt and report damage or a wrong delivery within 7 days to info@moud.swiss, with photos. Scent and personal taste are not a defect.
